We will help you create a retirement package/plan to best suit your needs, organize your accommodation, set up utility accounts, open bank accounts, register companies and generally organize your stay in Georgia.

Includes
Meals - All breakfasts - 7 day per week + Dinner Monday to Friday + Sunday Lunch.
The club facilities include a swimming pool - gym - jacuzzi - Sauna and membership to Batumi’s best spa.
We also provide and organize morning exercise and walking trips. Valet shopping trips to larger malls. Organized evening outings to musical shows, opera, ballet and casino’s.
Our restaurant on the Batumi Waterfront - Esplanade provides coffee with an alternative breakfast and 2 evening dinners per week for our retired members - if they don’t want to eat at the dining room.
The Sunday Lunch Outing - is held in different parts of the province - normally within 45 minutes drive - This is in the form of an a-la-cart restaurant or as a large prepared picnic or BBQ - Braai when visiting local national parks, beaches - lakes - mountain trails - museums - wine farms - or Turkish towns across the border.

24-Hr Care
24-Hr Emergency Hotline - This is available from and for any part of the country. (included)
Our goal is to provide all the basic health needs and cover all possible emergencies from a lost passport through to urgent medical care.
Our 24 Hr (qualified) medical staff, trained nurse-aid services are on-site. We have English speaking nurses to help with medications, prescriptions, frail-care and treatment monitoring. (Optional)
Our 24 Hr Medical Doctor - on-call service is included in the retirement package and complements Hospital liaison with local hospitals if necessary. (Our on-call doctors work at the local hospitals).
Our 24 Hr Emergency Hot-Line will connect you with the best available services where ever you are in the country in case of any emergency.
We also offer weekly trips to the local hospitals & private doctors groups for visits as required.
Our “Opt-In” medical insurance costs around $40 per month and covers 100% medical services and emergency out patient care as well as 80% of medication costs. (Contact us for the details)
Beach Front & Esplanade
There is Volleyball on the beach - Tennis Courts - Swimming Pools - Casino’s - Opera - Festivals - Bike Rentals - Chess Clubs - Table Tennis on the board walk with open air snooker tables - Botanical Gardens - Dolphinarium - petting Zoo - Duck and Swan ponds - Beach and Harbor fishing - many top class malls - movie theatres - local bazaars - farmers markets - fish market - musical fountains and much much more.
There are 7 km’s of beach front esplanade full of restaurants - coffee bars - bike trails and beach clubs that the locals walk along with their kids and parents.
You can rent a sail boat in the harbor or go on a fishing tour and if you are in the mood you can take a hydo-foil high-speed cruise to Russia for the weekend.
“Old Batumi” and the “Turkish Quarter” offer fine dining at its best with old world charm to match any occasion.

We also have two very nice - 3 bedroom apartments in Bodrum Turkey on the Mediterranean Sea.
As an annually paid-up club member renting one of our retirement apartments with our Inclusive Living Plan, you may stay in our Bodrum - Turkey apartment for a week stay - (Complimentary)
Available from December 15 through April every year - Bookings are done on a first come -first served basis.
Your stay in Bodrum is extendable.
Bodrum - Turkey is only a $50 luxury bus ride from Batumi - or you can drive your own car.
These apartments are available to our longer term clients wishing to get away from the winter during the months of January through March.
Our Club Pool and Gym are conveniently located in the center of town (Batumi), for easy access before or after visiting the beach..
We aim to make your stay a pleasure and hassle free.
